Mako General Motors & Warehousing Co. Uganda Ltd has six (6) qualified mechanics, 2 Electricians and 2 body works staff that are supervised by the Head of Mechanics for quality control and Assurance. The Head of Mechanics is responsible for activities at the workshop. The Account Manager is the customer’s point of contact with the company. All queries, suggestions and complaints are handled by the Account Manager assigned to the customer. The office Administrator is responsible for documentation: invoicing and receipting. Any form of paperwork is handled by the Administrator.
